Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

Every modular banner, EZ-Up tent and table cover is printed to order with artwork chosen for that order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Please check your size, artwork and quantity carefully before completing your order. Modular banners are made for 13x13 and 15x15 jumpers, combos and water slides — if you are unsure which size you need, contact us before ordering and we will help.

Cancellations

An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it enters production. Once printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing or material defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will replace the item or refund it, at our discretion, at no cost to you.

This is the only circumstance in which a refund or replacement is issued.
