Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase from our facility in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Dispatch time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Rates

Modular banners: $32 flat rate. Free shipping on orders of $350 or more.
EZ-Up tents: $32 for the 10x10 and 10x15. $64 for the 10x20, which ships as two cartons.
Table covers: $20 flat rate.

Transit Time

Ground shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States, depending on destination. Larger items may take 5 to 8 business days. Delivery estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Rancho Cucamonga facility. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your confirmation email..

Ownership transfers to the customer once products have been delivered to the shipping carrier. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will handle the carrier claim and replace or refund the item.
